Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Apex Auto Gear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refunds

We offer refunds on unopened, uninstalled parts within 15 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Exceptions

All returns other than unopened, uninstalled parts will be denied. After the initial 15-day period, refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee up to a 30-day limit.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at sales@apexautogear.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, please return the item to us within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and processing costs associated with the return.

Fair Exchange

While it is up to Apex Auto Gear to make the final decision on accepting or denying return requests, we always strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have any questions about our refund policy, please contact us at sales@apexautogear.com.
